Personal growth and journaling go hand and hand. Journaling is like a mirror for your brain. We often get a physical reflection by looking in the mirror. But how often do we get a reflection of our spiritual, mental, emotional selves? Journaling is a way to do that.
Sometimes my journal comes out as paragraphs. Sometimes sentences. Sometimes spoken words / poems. I’m human. Yes, I generally have a very positive attitude about life. But again, I’m human. Doubt, fear and worry creep in every so often. So today I’d like to share with you a spoken word piece I wrote when things were crumbling down for me one time. Things will crumble. We are living in critical times. 2 Timothy 3:1 in the Bible says, “But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.” We all need tools to get through these trying days. Journaling / Writing has been a great tool for me.
Enjoy the first minute of the piece. To access the full article and full piece, if you haven’t already, consider becoming a member for 9.99/mo at G-I-Lane.com/accesspass. To help me put more time into my content, consider becoming a member. I’m at 9. At this rate I can only afford to spend 1 hour / week creating. At 25 patrons I can spend 2.5 hours / week creating more in-depth, quality content.
Pics and Videos of the rainbow I was blessed with last Thursday are used to demonstrate despite the clouds, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Clear the clouds, Journal!
