There are Seven areas in life of which most of us need to stay disciplined in in order to manage stress and be our happiest: Spirituality, Health Wise, Associations & Fun Time, Work, Home Stuff, Money & ToDo Items. How is one supposed to manage this all? I asked myself that for years until I made my own lifestyle planner that helps me manage each of these elements. Spiritually, I like to read something that will enhance my spirit daily. In the planner, the first box at the top of everyday reads “spirituality” so it’s as easy as checking it off. I suppose first, I have to say you have to get in the habit of using a planner daily. This has enormous benefits:
