I’ve always been fit. Athletic. In shape. I’ve always played sports. Always been good at them. My son got very very sick and I started stress eating. I gained weight like I never have before. I’ve been working out for 20 years and I thought I had maxed out because I hadn’t been sore like when I first started working out in years. So I decided to try a personal trainer to see what happens. I went with Lane because she was a former Marine Sergeant and if anyone was going to be able to whip my ass in shape I knew it would be her. I was a skeptic going to a woman trainer but boy was I wrong. The angles and the workouts she had me do, I hadn’t even seen before. Like I’ve said, I’ve been in the gym for 20 years. I have always been a very athletic person and someone who works out as well but I have never really been someone who understands what the body needs as far as food and that is the reason I sought out the services of G.I. Lane. The meal plan I ordered from G.I. Lane not only showed me what to eat but helped me understand why these things are important. While leaning and understanding the importance of eating better I loss 10-15 pounds and feel great. The meal plan isn’t something you do for a short time and then return to the ways you were but its something I will continue to use going forward.
